Integrated Apparel is hiring for the 2026/27 winter season.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking part-time shop hand to join our busy printing and apparel business. This is a flexible position, requiring 20-25 hours per week, $21 per hour. Applicants must live in Revelstoke and have their own vehicle.
Position is available starting in September until April, with the option to continue.

Responsibilities include:
Lifting and moving boxes of apparel and materials.
Counting, sorting, and stacking garments, assisting with general shop tasks as needed.
Keeping the workshop and warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
Help with packing online orders, fulfilling shipments, and shipping packages.

What we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and stay organized.
Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50lbs.
Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.

Integrated Apparel is seeking a team player to work in the production department doing various roles. We are looking to fill the heat press position immediately with room to grow into the embroidery department. This role is flexible on timing once training is complete - we can work with your winter/summer lifestyle schedule or other workplace schedule. This role is best suited for someone who is a self-starter and can work unsupervised for long periods. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in their work.

- Role and Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and ready to work
- Communicate efficiently with front-of-house staff
- Work unsupervised
- Complete daily tasks
- Be able to manage your workload and plan job priorities
- Multitask between multiple stations - embroidery, heat press, and helping out the screen printers
- Pay close attention to the details of each job, have high standards to produce quality work, and take pride in your job.
- Have rudimentary knowledge of PC computers

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Ability to work on a team
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be a self-starter
- Thrives in a production environment
- Enjoy working closely with other staff members
- Be flexible in day-to-day tasks
- Be flexible with scheduling and able to manage time effectively
- Be willing to learn new skills

This right candidate has the opportunity to create a career in our company with flexibility, work-life balance, the ability to take on more hours and responsibilities during peak times or take time off during slow times. We value a person with strong interpersonal skills and will train the right person. All aspects of this role will be trained, and we don’t expect candidates to have any prior knowledge of heatpress, embroidery, or the garment branding business. This role is permanent part-time. Starting hours on the heat press station will be about 15 hours per week with the opportunity to get to 25-30 hours per week once trained on embroidery. Starting wage is $23/hour.
