He has been cremated and a celebration of life will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Epilepsy Toronto or a charity of your choosing.

After 33 years of helping consumers and small business customers resolve their technology challenges, I decided to retire effective 31 Dec 2023.

The business is effectively closed for CRA purposes, but I do have some ongoing subscriptions, etc., to manage as they come up for renewal.

It has been a privilege serving you and I will miss our regular interactions. However, I look forward to enjoying time with my family for as long as I can.

Due to a death in my family the business will be closed from 25 Feb 2023 to 19 Mar 2023. I hope to be back in the office to support you starting 20 Mar 2023.

Decided to work at updating my office space with some new paint, etc. and thought it would be a great time to treat myself to a fancy, new chair. Received it a few days ago, and still getting used to the firmness, but love the neck pillow. There's adjustments everywhere to allow for a fit for your taste, including a lumbar firmness adjustment. Very comfortable for long sessions at the computer which seems to be the norm these days. I look forward to getting many years of service from this quality seating.

I will be officially closed this holiday season from 21 Dec 2019 to 5 Jan 2020. Returning to full workdays on 6 Jan 2020.
