Today I was at the construction site of our new factory…
Sometimes it’s hard to put certain feelings into words. Some journeys are simply meant to be lived, not explained.
We managed to produce a very difficult and sensitive product in a stable, high-quality, and reliable way. But behind that success, there’s an incredible amount of unseen effort.
There were so many things we had to get right at the same time…
For the last two years, my team and I have practically been living in the factory.
There have been days when I worked 18 hours straight.
Sometimes we were physically exhausted, sometimes mentally drained…
And honestly, this journey has often been painful.
But the most beautiful part of this story is this:
I was never alone.
I’ve had amazing people beside me — people who believed, fought, and never gave up.
People from different countries, speaking different languages, coming from completely different lives…
And also the beautiful people of this country.
It feels like everyone came together like the final missing piece of a puzzle.
Now when I look back, more than the machines, the production, or the sales numbers…
What I remember most are the memories we created together.
Because in the end, what truly matters is not only the destination.
What matters most is who you share the journey with.
The interest in Falcon has been growing tremendously lately.
There are so many people who want to be part of this journey with us, and I sincerely thank every one of them for their support and belief.
Now we are moving into our new place…
A new beginning. A new chapter.
But the one thing that will never change is our belief in quality, hard work, and growing together.
Always with the best…
And always striving to be the best.
We will continue this journey by enjoying the process, creating together, and growing stronger side by side.
And hopefully, years from now, when we look back…
What we remember most won’t only be the success, but the beautiful story we lived together.
