Honest question: How many times have you finished working with someone and genuinely meant to follow up… and then just… didn't?
Not because you didn't care.
But because LIFE happened.
The kids.
The other clients.
The never-ending list of things pulling you in every direction.
And before you know it, it's been months and that person who trusted you with their money and their time hasn't heard from you since.
Here's what I want you to hear today:
creating a system to stay in touch with past clients and customers isn't a sales tactic.
It's a CARE ‘tactic’.
It means you care enough about the people you've served to make sure life doesn't get in the way of showing it!
And if a sale comes out of a genuine check-in?
Amazing! But that's a bonus, because a sale was never the point.
