"How long does it take?"

A great question that we recieved a few times today! The answer? As long as you want it too!

We designed the pop-up to be something people could stop in and enjoy on their lunch breaks. You can complete your candle from start to finish in 10 minutes or grab a coffee and spend some extra time designing your perfect scent blend, brainstorming candle names, and meticulously picking out your toppings. Everything is at your pace!

It's officially DIY candle pop-up week 🎉🌞

That means prep, prep, and more prep. Our team spent the afternoon cleaning and pre-wicking rows upon rows of candle jars. A coffee from .cafe and walk in the sun was exactly the pick-me-up we needed to finish up!

We’re hosting our first DIY Candle Pop-Up with .cafe on April 30 + May 1 from 11AM–2PM!

Drop in anytime and create your own custom candle from start to finish. Mix your perfect scent, name your candle, and pick out some fun candle confetti for the top! Not feeling the confetti? Leave the top plain, no judgement here 🙅‍♀️ - we want you to make your candle completely your own style.

Candles will be ready for pickup the following week, just in time for Mother’s Day!

More details:
$25 + tax per candle
Our wax is 100% natural soy wax
Make as many as you’d like

Bring a friend, a coworker, or come solo, we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way

Mark your calendars - Creative Squirrel is hosting our first ever lunchtime DIY candle pop-up!

April 30 & May 1
11AM – 2PM (both days)
139 Prince Edward St, Saint John (right next to the .cafe expansion space)

Just in time for Mother’s Day, come create your own custom candle! Blend your own scent, name your candle, and add some special decorations. You can keep it classic or add fun candle confetti (colourful shapes and letters) on top for a little extra personality. ✨️

Bring a friend, bring a coworker, or come by yourself — we can’t wait to see you there!
