Another long weekend done and gone mixed with valentines. Got to spend mine traveling through the Rocky Mountains on another adventure and on my way to see someone close to me and always hitting the gym💪. Be thankful for the time we get

Well 3 weeks of pneumonia, hospital visits and new meds and back in the mend . A few days back in the gym . Back to work and back to getting to what I love . Moving my body , getting outside and spending time with the DOGG . Being bed ridden and sick for so long is a great reminder of how important the little things are and how enough of the little things make up everything !

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted or put in a lot of work outside of my regular job and duties . I’ve been fighting off pneumonia for almost two weeks . Working my regular job . Finding time to walk my dog and try and get time in the gym . When moments like this come and eventually go it’s a good time to reflect on the things that suffer during these times and see how we can bounce back . Why we started these journeys in the first place . Let’s get back in the saddle . Let’s keep moving forward .

No matter what’s going on in life at the very least we are the ones in control of ourselves , we have the power to make our choices, and for me making the choice to get into the gym move my body today was a must . Don’t forget to move yours !! Happy weekend everybody

Another long weekend down full of friends laughs beautiful scenery and an evening light show I will soon never forget . Blessed to have the opportunity and time to enjoy all these things.

Monday starts like any other , 445am then the gym ! Followed by a day of working on the roof in the sun with friends . Followed by some me time , dinner some reading and looking over my online business and making sure everything is doing what it’s supposed to so I can continue to be doing what I’d like .

Appreciation post for the for time taken for myself . Sometimes you have to stop and take in some beauties that surround us that we often take for granted . Life has a way of taking away from us what we spend our lives working toward . Continue to break the change and break the cycle . Let’s free ourselves
