It starts a whole lot more Canadian than you might think.

🧵 Quality leatherette sourced locally from Northern Leatherette Co.
🍁 DTF transfers printed right here in Eastern Ontario
🧢 Yupoong & Flexfit hats purchased in Canada
📦 All sourced through Canadian suppliers

Then it’s HAMMR time.

We laser cut each leather patch → heat press the DTF design onto the patch → heat press the finished patch onto the hat!
And voilà! A fresh batch of Dorothy's Lodge hats ready for Chaffey’s Locks.

We love being able to keep as much of what goes into our products Canadian and local as possible.
