Most men stay stuck because they're waiting for the "how" before they'll commit to the decision.

That's backwards.

David Bayer says it plain in A Changed Mind: the how is not your job. Your job is to decide. Fully. Without a backup plan. The moment you're truly committed, the path starts revealing itself — one step at a time.

You don't need the whole staircase. You need the decision to climb it.

Decide first. Let the how catch up.

Fail to plan = plan to fail.

What does your week look like for meal planning? I guarantee if you aren’t prepping your food for the week then you aren’t hitting your macros like you need to be to hit your goals.

Typically my breakfasts and my lunches through the week are very basic and always the same because I don’t have to think about anything.

I grab my container out of the fridge and it matches my goals that I am striving for.

If you’re serious about your goals and are not doing this then you are leaving so much of your progress on the table.

What are your goals and how are you planning to achieve them?

It’s hard to talk about but the reason I want to help other men is because I have struggled since I was a teenager.

I struggled to find out where I fit in life

I struggled to find the group that I felt like I belonged and when I started my business, I found that group.

Then through that business I went down another path and found my true mission and purpose and that’s where comes in.

If you ever felt like you just don’t belong or that something is off, you probably just haven’t found those people yet.

Comment Brotherhood below and we can chat about what this group has to offer.

You look like you are doing great and people would never guess the weight you’re carrying in your own head.

That emptiness that you feel like you can’t share with anyone so you bottle it up.

is built for you. Not only are we levelling up in our health and fitness but focusing just as much on the inner work.

Because you can look great on the outside, but if the inside is still messed up you’re just pretending.

The age old excuse that you can’t afford it.

While you’re purchasing s**t online constantly, eating fast food, spending money on games, TV, streaming subscriptions and alcohol.

Imagine if you got rid of a couple of those expenses, upgraded your health and fitness, upgraded your mindset and showed up better for your family and in your work.

Not to mention having something that you can actually build on the side to earn extra income.

But no, instead 99% of you will choose to stick with your excuses instead of becoming something more.

Spartan Canada trifecta weekend complete.

I’m not gonna lie, the races on Sunday did not go how I would have liked them to go. My cardio was great and mindset was great for the whole time, but the challenges with my feet and my ankles were just too much and Camden dealing with terrible knee pain that would have knocked most people out resulted in us pretty much walking and doing the obstacles for both the 10k and the 5k.

He’s not sure if he will do the races again as his goals are quite a bit different with what he wants. While I plan on doing these especially with my girls. They were 1 of about 6 girls in each of their races at their age group. Most of their age group, were doing the kids race instead and now they really know what to expect for next year.

I’m just proud of each of them for doing something that most choose not to. For getting off their phones, engaging with other people and getting out of their comfort zones.

And just remember that no one ever accomplishes anything that they don’t set a goal for. Sign up and figure it out after!

Spartan Canada beast race complete. Distance was closer to 25k instead of 21k which did not help.

Conditions were absolutely perfect which was awesome. But I will say, that no matter how much you feel like you prepare, you always could have done more.

Going to be a struggle heading into tomorrow doing the 10km race in the morning and the 5k in the afternoon.

Not sure if Camden is gonna make it for tomorrow’s race or not with the condition of his feet and his blisters.

Definitely a proud father right now watching him push through what most couldn’t especially since his training is more for gaining strength and size right now. Not endurance at all.

This is your reminder to do hard s**t, because your body is far more capable than you think. The amount of people out there this weekend that are obviously out of their comfort zone was inspiring and pushed me harder as well.

Most men don’t need another workout plan.

You can find workouts for free.
You can download a meal plan.
You can track calories with an app.

Information isn’t the problem.

The problem is doing what you said you were going to do when nobody is watching.

It’s staying disciplined when work gets busy.
Training when motivation disappears.
Eating like your goals actually matter.
Leading your family by example.
Getting serious about your finances.
And surrounding yourself with men who won’t let you keep making excuses.

That’s why I’m building Kings Kollective differently.

I don’t want to build a group of guys who simply lose 20 lbs and take a better shirtless picture.

I want to build stronger men.

Men who are physically capable.
Men who lead their families.
Men who put their faith into action.
Men who take ownership of their finances.
Men who hold themselves — and each other — to a higher standard.

Because when you put the right men in the right environment with a clear plan and real accountability, fitness becomes just the beginning.

Your body changes.
Your standards change.
Your circle changes.
And eventually, your life changes.

That’s what Kings Kollective is being built for.

Not another subscription you forget about.

A brotherhood you grow into.

If that sounds like the kind of room you’ve been looking for, comment KINGS below

He’s paying $165 every 2 weeks for someone to watch him lift once a week.

I asked what else he gets.

ā€œA program. And like… a food list.ā€

That’s it. That’s the whole deal.

For the same money, here’s what my guys get every single month:

→ 3 group coaching calls a week, not one
→ Custom fitness AND nutrition plan
→ A brotherhood built to push you in faith, family, fitness, finances
→ Real accountability, not a checkbox
→ A product in your hands backing up your results
→ The option to build income on the side, not just spend it

One guy is buying a workout.
The other is buying a new life.

Same price range. Not even close.
