About the Role: As our Controller, you’ll report directly to the President, playing a key role in managing our financial health. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, overseeing payroll, managing cash flow, and leading our accounting and office staff.
Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Prepare monthly financial statements ✔️ Assist in budgeting and financial planning ✔️ Maintain cash flow and account reconciliations ✔️ Process bi-weekly payroll ✔️ Ensure compliance with government finance regulations ✔️ Administer health insurance and pension plans ✔️ Oversee and support office and accounting staff ✔️ Lead the annual external audit process ✔️ Optimize our business management software (Cyrious Software)
Qualifications: 📈 Minimum 3 years in accounting management
📈 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; CPA or working towards it is a plus
📈 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel especially) and accounting software
📈 Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

E.C. Boone Limited is actively seeking an individual who is highly motivated to specialize in the installation and repair of signs. This key role focuses on the meticulous assembly, installation, and maintenance of various signage and structures, along with the precise application of self-adhesive vinyl. The candidate should have a strong background in commercial construction, exhibit proficiency in using both hand and power tools, and possess a fundamental understanding of electrical systems, including AC/DC voltage.

A significant part of the role involves working under diverse weather conditions, safely working at heights, and performing manual lifting tasks. Therefore, comfort in these areas is essential. It's also crucial that the candidate has a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and passes a criminal background check. Previous experience with heavy vehicles, such as Boom Trucks, is considered an asset.

What sets this position apart is the emphasis on effective communication in English. The ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English is paramount, ensuring safety, seamless coordination and ex*****on of installation and repair tasks in a two-person crew.
