Curious how we operate?
Once a request is submitted, you will be contacted by an estimator for pricing and to discuss the details required for the requested order.
When everything is confirmed, we began to work on the digital file.
We accept print-ready documents in most forms of files and/or offer on-site graphic design services to assist with the design of your print job.
Proofs will be sent to the customer – nothing goes to print until the receiver confirms.
After confirmation, you order moves to production. We like to give 10 business days for completion, factors such as quantity and availability can lessen or lengthen this process.
An invoicing team member will contact you, the receiver, upon completion where your order will be prepared for pick-up & payment at our 377 Main St., Steinbach location. *
