Taking charcuterie to new heights ✈️🧀

We’ve recently started dipping into the private aviation world, and this week we delivered a large order of grazing boxes to Billy Bishop Airport for a private aircraft.

Seeing our boxes headed from the runway to the skies was definitely a cool moment for our team. Grateful for every opportunity as our business continues to grow into new spaces! 🙌

If you’re building your own board, don’t just guess… here’s a foolproof combo using my go-to spots:

Cheese (grab 3):
Creamy: Brie or Camembert
Sharp: Aged white cheddar, Gruyere
Bold: Gorgonzola or blue

Meat (pick 2–3):
Prosciutto (crowd favourite, always)
Genoa salami
Hot soppressata if you want a little kick

Extras (this is what people forget):
Fig jam or honey
Red pepper jelly
Marinated olives
Roasted nuts
Crackers + breadsticks

Pro tip:
Don’t overload your board. Give everything space so it actually looks good… not like you panic-dumped groceries on a tray 😅

Another tip:
Take your cheese out 30–45 mins before serving. Cold cheese = no flavour!

This baby girl, brunch was all about abundance and softness. Fresh bagels and pastries, mini croissants with chicken salad, smoked salmon, two kinds of quiche and frittata made from scratch, fluffy waffles, parfaits, and fresh fruit finished with dried citrus. Designed to feel as beautiful as the moment it was celebrating.

The best part about this little charcuterie life… is the people. 🧀🍷

This lovely customer literally showed up at my door looking for more info on our boards and asked if he could bring one of his own boards for me to create on. I said absolutely. A few days later he came back on Friday night, we sat down, broke bread, shared a glass of wine, and chatted through all his likes, dislikes, and the vision he had in mind.

He’s got family and friends coming in from Europe and wanted something special to welcome them and share a little Valentine’s love around the table. And honestly… the whole experience felt like old school hospitality. Real connection, real conversation, and a reminder of why I love what I do so much.

Food brings people together. Always 🐝🖤
