It’s been a minute! 💛 Between back-to-school madness and a summer packed with events, posting took a backseat, but this beauty deserved its moment in the spotlight.

Both of my kids hit big milestones this year! Keira is off to college, and Jack officially started his very first day of Junior Kindergarten. 🎒✏️ Naturally, the best way to celebrate all these big transitions was by crafting this stunner for a special client. It’s easily one of my favorite creations yet, a total work of art!

What are the chances?! 🤍

About a year ago, I got a call from a bride looking for a grazing table at her wedding on Crane Lake. As we were chatting, I told her, “I’m actually at Crane Lake right now!” 😅

Then we realized she lives in Grimsby, I live in Stoney Creek, and somehow we were both at the exact same lake, hours from home, at the exact same time.

Fast forward one year, and I had the absolute pleasure of creating the grazing table for her wedding. From prepping flowers the day before to watching everything come together on the big day, it was truly such a special experience.

Some moments just feel meant to be. ✨

Taking charcuterie to new heights ✈️🧀

We’ve recently started dipping into the private aviation world, and this week we delivered a large order of grazing boxes to Billy Bishop Airport for a private aircraft.

Seeing our boxes headed from the runway to the skies was definitely a cool moment for our team. Grateful for every opportunity as our business continues to grow into new spaces! 🙌

If you’re building your own board, don’t just guess… here’s a foolproof combo using my go-to spots:

Cheese (grab 3):
Creamy: Brie or Camembert
Sharp: Aged white cheddar, Gruyere
Bold: Gorgonzola or blue

Meat (pick 2–3):
Prosciutto (crowd favourite, always)
Genoa salami
Hot soppressata if you want a little kick

Extras (this is what people forget):
Fig jam or honey
Red pepper jelly
Marinated olives
Roasted nuts
Crackers + breadsticks

Pro tip:
Don’t overload your board. Give everything space so it actually looks good… not like you panic-dumped groceries on a tray 😅

Another tip:
Take your cheese out 30–45 mins before serving. Cold cheese = no flavour!
