Embroidery turns artwork into stitches, so some tiny details, thin lines, and very small text may need to be simplified or adjusted.

The goal isn’t to change your logo—it’s to make sure it translates well from screen to thread.

Many people expect their logo to look exactly the same whether it’s embroidered on a hat, printed on a t-shirt, or applied as a heat transfer. In reality, each decoration method has unique strengths, and your artwork may need slight adjustments to achieve the best possible result.

🧵Embroidery: Thread has physical thickness, so very small text or intricate details may need to be simplified or slightly enlarged to stitch cleanly.
🔥 Heat Transfers: Great for fine details, gradients, photographs, and intricate logos because the design is printed rather than stitched.
🎨 Screen Printing: Ideal for bold, clean graphics and larger production runs. Works best with solid colours and simple designs.

The goal is always to preserve your brand while choosing the decoration method that gives the highest quality finished product.

At Daystar, we digitize artwork specifically for each decoration method rather than using one file for everything.
