Reflecting on 2024, it has been an incredible year!
From rebranding, helping with move-ins, doing photo preps before listings, staging vacant homes for sale (resulting in a buyer with over asking offer in less than 48 hrs), experiencing RESACON (the biggest real estate convention in Las Vegas), spending time learning, rubbing shoulders with and having a lot of fun with the founder, fellow stagers/educators, and the infamous World Market.
Back home, it was back to business being “the decorator at your side” designing a new kitchen with all the components and project management, more after move-in layouts, more training and coaching sellers for a successful sale.
Another value that I hold dear is to “give back “ in various ways and areas. For me this past year, we spent a couple of days painting and planning at Camp Bellevue, supporting the agents at Royal LePage in Camrose during their open house of the new office, which led to contributing to their Christmas project PJ’s for Kids where they collected over 100 pairs of new pjs to give to the Women’s Shelter.
It’s been a good year! I have been so blessed to work for some great agents, sellers, and design clients!!!
Looking ahead to 2025, it’s time to support the seller before they list their property.
An interesting stat shows that, next to loosing a loved one, moving is the next hardest thing to do. Up until now, most people have been left to navigate this on their own.
I want to focus more on “coaching “ and being in the supportive role for sellers. I will be doing this by coming alongside, coaching/consulting, walking them through, on what they need to focus on doing before listing their property for sale.
This will help them move forward with confidence, empowering them with a plan of attack, allow for strong photos peaking the interest of potential buyers and in turn will benefit them with stronger offers and less time on the market.
Thanks for letting me review and share my path going forward and of course for all your support, it means so much to me!!!
We wish you and your family all a Merry Christmas and a great year ahead.
