Team Lead, Programmatic & Paid Search
Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Division Lead(s), the team lead needs to drive Conversion and ROI through Paid Ads on marketing lifecycles of client campaigns. Daily tasks including project advisory to guide team members on remarketing, retention, and business development for client projects
• QA management and maximize operational efficiency across channel marketing, provide support to team on social media paid ad tagging/trafficking, optimizing, negotiating, research and consolidation
• Ensure marketing campaigns with cross-channel/ integrated media performance are on track, with use of cutting-edge data targeting, audience buying, and review drafts by junior team members
Requirements
• Paid Ad Specializations: Google Ad (Dynamic/ Performance Max/ GMB/ DV360/ Shop), YouTube Ad, Facebook Ad (Lead Gen, Shop Ad, Carousel Ad conversion), Instagram Ad (Shop Ad), Tik Tok Ad, and other third-party vendors
• Minimum 3 years of extensive Paid Ad experience with proved book of success (such as bidding, A/B testing, QA, CRM cycles, analyzing data, identifying patterns & Ad set learning mechanism)
• Comfortable liaising with clients daily, and as a trusted advisory for team members; Compose client facing (B2B/ B2C) POVs to evaluate search and social media campaigns
• MUST be fluent in Chinese (Reading skills in Simplified or Traditional Chinese) and English
