This week has started off with some serious magic 💫 it's like the Universe has turned the tap on and I'm overflowing with so many creative ideas... giving me opportunities to tap back into my flow and purpose in this world 😌🌟

One of these moments came this morning when I had coffee with a friend and she was telling me about her dream ~ which was to own her own hair studio - which totalllllly my vibe as I'm an independent stylist myself SO SHE KNEWWWW.

I immediately jumped into action - helping her get clear on her vision (where she see's herself without any limitations in a few years time), develop her WHY and then mapped out a way for her to show up online with clarity and purpose ✨

We both left the coffee date absolutely BEAMING. She felt empowered to go after her dreams. And me, well I got to tap back into my WHY - which is to help women make their dreams a reality (by giving them the tools to succeed online). 🚀💫

HOHHH BOY did this make me feel good - I absolutely love helping women bring their ideas, visions, dreams to life. In the many years I've been at this I've learned that its in these foundational stages of starting a business or bringing an 'idea' to life that we all need someone in our corner, who truly believes in our full potential and who empowers us to take those next big steps 👏🏻

I was once in this position too - with a simple idea and a desire to live a life on my own time and terms. I quickly
learnt to be my own source of encouragement, constantly backing myself when not many other people did. That's why - whenever i get the chance to be this person for someone else my heart sings. I get to be your cheerleader, here to inspire and encourage you to chase after those dreams and live a truly purposeful and fulfilled life. And in return I get to dance a little happy dance every dam day 🕺🏼

Sometimes we as business owners feel like we are constantly running like crazy.

Having to run our business, provide customer service, stock, finances, and advertise.

Its like 50 jobs in 1🤣

Here are a few ways to simplify your business.

So you don't get burnt out, make your top potential, and have more time freedom to invest into your business or family.

⏬⏬⏬

1 - automate all emails.
2 - FAQ section on your website
3 - set aside a few minutes every week to dive deep into your finances and do the paperwork (helps keep you on track for your goals)
4 - sign up for autoship for your stock supplies
5 - batch your content - take photos and video content and create a variety of different pieces of content (you can use one piece of content in different forms - ex: photo/reel/stories)
6 - hire out "behind the scenes" parts of the job - ex: social media manager, cleaner.

Here are my top 3 tips for women starting out online and building their personal brand.

1) Give value consistently to your audience. Share your tips, share your knowledge, and focus on helping your people.

2) Plan content shoots. Online brands —need eye catching photos, period.

3) Know your target audience inside and out.
- Who are the people you are trying to help?
- What motivates them?
- What inspires them?
- What keeps them up worrying at night?
- speak to them through all your messaging, content and anything you put out into the world.

Clarity comes from action, NOT thought.

If there’s anything I’ve learned about growing a business, a relationship or pursuing a goal, I had to take FORWARD action to then decide:

1. if it was truly the direction I desired
2. if it was worth my time
3. if it made an impact
4. if it brought me joy

Sometimes you find clarity very quickly and it feels freakin' phenomenal.

Sometimes clarity isn't wrapped up with a pretty bow, instead it's messy, slow moving and a total sh*t-show.

You don't know until you take that step FORWARD👣

So idk if it’s just me, but when I am *extra* I succeed 💰

The more energy & love I put into something the more magical and rewarding it becomes.
