One thing I’ll never believe in?
The idea that supporting another business in your niche somehow takes away from your own success.

There is room for all of us.
Different styles. Different audiences. Different strengths. Different stories.

Some of the best growth I’ve had in business came from being surrounded by other laser makers who were willing to share ideas, cheer each other on, answer questions, and celebrate wins together instead of guarding everything like a state secret. 😅

That’s exactly why I built Spark & Scale the way I did.

No gatekeeping.
No weird competitive energy.

Every file starts with me asking:
“Would this actually sell?”

Because I’m not just designing cute things.
I’m designing products that help other small business owners make money.🤑

And when I see one of my files turn into a product that sells out at markets, blows up on Etsy, or becomes someone’s customer favourite?
That’s the good stuff. 😌

Some days it feels like you’re crushing it in business while everything at home is falling apart.

Other days you’re fully present with your family while your inbox quietly stresses you out in the background.

The truth? Balance rarely looks balanced when you’re building a business and raising kids at the same time.

It’s messy. Overwhelming. Exhausting.
And yet somehow… you still keep showing up.

You answer emails in school parking lots.
Think about product ideas while making dinner.
Work during nap time, after bedtime, before everyone wakes up.

You carry the mental load of a household while trying to grow something bigger for yourself and your family.

If that’s you, you’re not failing.

You’re doing one of the hardest jobs imaginable — and doing it with grit most people will never fully understand.

Mothers who build businesses are a different breed. ✨

The secret to success?
Doing it messy. Doing it scared. Doing it before you feel fully ready.

Because waiting until everything is perfect usually means waiting forever.

Every successful business owner you admire has made awkward posts, launched imperfect products, changed directions, learned lessons the hard way, and figured things out while actively in motion.

Excellence isn’t something you magically arrive at one day.

It’s built through repetition, practice, mistakes, refinement, and showing up again anyway.

Your first version is not your final version.
That’s the whole point. ✨
