If you’re not converting leads into clients, the issue is usually one of these:
- you answer questions instead of asking questions and leading the conversation
- lack of trust
- the next step is unclear
- you don’t fully understand their problem and the result they want
- you don’t clearly link their problem to your solution
- you don’t use an option-close
