I love that quote! I am such a big fan of how Marty Neumeier describes and analyses the different disciplines that create a brand experience, always considering that at the end of the day the ones that finish the piece (if we think of the brand as a cathedral) are the customers because it really is the way that they feel about it, the way that they perceive it, what will dictate if the message was delivered.
