Air BNB SuperHost Tip
I try to welcome new guests in person so I can tell them about the house/neighborhood ... some guests love it and some say "it's ok, we'll figure it out"
I'm fine either way.
I always follow up 2 or 3 times in writing over the rest of the stay asking "How is everything going?"
I also ask "Can anything about the property, service, check in be improved?"
This is critical to show you care but also to enable you to improve.
One of my guests replied that they "didn't like my steak knives" as soon as they said that, I drove to kitchen stuff plus, bought a set of Steak Knives and dropped them at the front door then messaged them "check the front door"
He couldn't believe it and left an amazing 5 star review!
