Today, we're marking a milestone that deserves more than a passing mention.
Marc Cooper, CM, joined Junction59 in April 2004. Twenty-two years later, he's our President and Partner -- and one of the clearest examples of what it looks like to grow with an agency, and help an agency grow with you.
Marc believes that good ideas should lead somewhere, and that direct marketing thinking is one of the best tools for making sure they do. No matter the brief, he brings the same discipline to every challenge: a focus on outcomes, channel integration, and creative work that earns its place by driving results. More recently, he's also led the agency's approach to AI, focused not on chasing the trend, but on applying it in ways that are practical, responsible, and genuinely useful to clients.
Beyond the work, Marc is Co-Chair of the CMA's B2B Council, a three-time senior judge for the CMA Awards, and co-author of The Buyer's Engagement Journey -- a framework that reflects exactly how he thinks: clearly, commercially, and with the client's reality front of mind.
What stands out as a leader is how much he invests in the people around him. Marc doesn't just encourage continuous professional development -- he models it. He's the one in the room who's already been experimenting with a new tool, working through a new certification, or stress-testing a new framework. The standard he holds for the team is the same one he holds for himself.
Twenty-two years is a long time to give to one place. We're glad Marc gives it to this one.
