This month, we're celebrating Julia Ciaravella's 8th anniversary at Junction59.

As an Account Supervisor, Julia is the kind of person clients trust and teammates rely on. She brings genuine discipline to her work, managing complex campaigns across Direct Mail, Email, DTC, and Not-for-Profit with the kind of meticulous attention to detail that keeps things moving and keeps people confident. She's collaborative without being passive, and organized without being rigid.

The same care and attentiveness Julia brings to her clients is something she carries into every part of her life. Toby the dog gets his walks. The people she loves get her full attention. And to unwind, she loves to bake. That quality of showing up, really showing up, is rare, and it's one of the things that makes her such a valued part of this team.

Today we're celebrating Brian Santangelo, who marks his 11th anniversary at Junction59 this month.

As our Senior Motion Graphic Designer, Brian brings a rare range to his work, moving fluidly between video, motion graphics, infographics, print, and branding, and doing all of it well. Over the past decade-plus, his work has touched nearly every client we serve. He has an instinct for knowing when an idea needs to move and when it needs to stay still, and that judgment shows up in everything he produces.

Away from the work, Brian is a proud girl dad and a committed sports fan, someone who knows how to keep his eye on the ball no matter how fast it moves, whether that's on a screen or in a stadium.

As a Group Account Director, Menexia brings both strategic clarity and genuine partnership to everything she leads. Her background spans client and agency roles across telecom, automotive, retail, and digital, and she brings that breadth of experience to every brief. She leads with purpose, asks the right questions, and has a consistent focus on results that clients feel throughout the engagement.

Outside of work, Menexia teaches marketing and has spent years on the tennis court, and lately has added pickleball to the mix. Whether she's placing a shot or shaping a strategy, the instinct is the same: read the situation, pick your moment, and execute.

Today, we're marking a milestone that deserves more than a passing mention.

Marc Cooper, CM, joined Junction59 in April 2004. Twenty-two years later, he's our President and Partner -- and one of the clearest examples of what it looks like to grow with an agency, and help an agency grow with you.

Marc believes that good ideas should lead somewhere, and that direct marketing thinking is one of the best tools for making sure they do. No matter the brief, he brings the same discipline to every challenge: a focus on outcomes, channel integration, and creative work that earns its place by driving results. More recently, he's also led the agency's approach to AI, focused not on chasing the trend, but on applying it in ways that are practical, responsible, and genuinely useful to clients.

Beyond the work, Marc is Co-Chair of the CMA's B2B Council, a three-time senior judge for the CMA Awards, and co-author of The Buyer's Engagement Journey -- a framework that reflects exactly how he thinks: clearly, commercially, and with the client's reality front of mind.

What stands out as a leader is how much he invests in the people around him. Marc doesn't just encourage continuous professional development -- he models it. He's the one in the room who's already been experimenting with a new tool, working through a new certification, or stress-testing a new framework. The standard he holds for the team is the same one he holds for himself.

Twenty-two years is a long time to give to one place. We're glad Marc gives it to this one.

Today we're celebrating Julia Leiss, CM, who joined Junction59 in April 2013 -- 13 years and counting!

Last year, we marked Julia's 12th anniversary while she was on maternity leave, spending time with her growing family. This year, we get to celebrate her milestone and her return.

Julia's big-picture thinking, creative energy, and genuine care for the people she works with have made a lasting impact on our agency, our clients, and our culture. She brings the same thoughtfulness to her client relationships that she brings to everything else in her life -- and it shows in the work.

Thirteen years is a long time. But with Julia, it feels like she's just getting started.
