A lot of AI advice starts too big.

But sometimes the best place to start is much simpler:

pick one task you already do often, give AI the right context, review the result, and save what worked.

Our team member Gurcharn Birdi wrote a practical beginner’s guide to AI workflows you can use today, from writing and summarizing to data cleanup, image generation, and brand voice.

It’s a useful starting point if you want to use AI in real work, not just experiment with it.

AMA Toronto’s new website is live!

This project was about more than updating the look of the site. We focused on making the website faster, safer, more accessible, and easier for the AMA team to manage.

A strong website should work well for visitors and for the people updating it behind the scenes.
