2 for 2? We thought so. And trust us, we can relate. Please, have a seat. As we continue to highlight April as Stress Awareness Month, it’s important for us each to learn some easy skills to manage it all.
➡️ Tip 1: Make Lists. Making lists is actually a great tool to get things off our mind, and on paper or screen. It gives us more mental space to be creative and productive.
➡️ Tip 2: Set Boundaries (without guilt) and be realistic with your time. They’ll understand and perhaps even appreciate your awareness. You are one person and you are kicking butt. We applaud you 👏👏
