First up to bat for the Ontario Beef BBQ Battle - Chef Cindy from is bringing the flavour with her "Skirrrt Steak Skewers with Japanese Chimi & Lettuce Wraps"! She used an flank steak for the star of her kabob and made us run to our kitchens to try and make that Japanese Chimi! (Check out the link in Ontario Beef's bio to get the recipe - you're welcome 😊)
