At .inc, we take a thoughtful approach to helping our clients tell impactful stories and lead important industry conversations. 🖤✨

A couple of weeks ago, we opened our doors at NKPR HQ and invited some of Toronto’s leading real estate voices, developers, industry experts, and media together for an honest conversation about where the market is headed and what today’s home buyer actually needs.

What made the day so meaningful was how open the dialogue felt. No scripts, just real conversations about what’s shifting across the industry. How developers are adapting in real time, alongside the growing wave of wealth migration to Canada and what it could mean for the future of real estate investment. The conversation moved from investor-driven to end-user condo projects, to what limited construction today could mean for the 2030 market, and why buying now could position homebuyers ahead of what’s coming.

We were proud to help shape that conversation alongside Toronto City Councillor and 2026 Mayoral Candidate and representatives from , , .ca, , on behalf of , , , , and .

I really believe conversations like this matter. Bringing together different perspectives, encouraging transparency, and creating space for meaningful dialogue is how industries evolve. 🙏🏼

One of my favourite signs of spring in the city… 🌸✨

This past weekend, spring officially sprung in with FLORA. For a few days, the neighbourhood was transformed by stunning floral installations, each bringing creativity, beauty, and flower power to the streets.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Bloor-Yorkville for nearly two decades, and it’s a neighbourhood that has always held a special place in my heart. I’ve called this area home for over 20 years, and watching it evolve into one of Toronto’s most vibrant destinations for fashion, culture, hospitality, and community has been incredibly meaningful to watch.

Fleurs de Villes is always one of my favourite ways to welcome the season and to experience the neighbourhood in a different way. 💐

Leadership looks different when intention is behind the wheel 🚗✨

I sat down with our client partner Bessie Vavaroutsos at , and it’s one of those places where you feel the history the moment you walk in.

This is a dealership that’s been part of Toronto since the 1940s, built by her family over decades, and now being led by Bessie in a way that feels both grounded and forward-thinking.

What really stood out to me was how she leads. It’s thoughtful, it’s clear, and it’s rooted in trust. There’s a real focus on giving her team the space to step up, take ownership, and feel confident in the decisions they’re making.

And in an industry long defined by male leadership, Bessie is challenging the norm, leading with empathy and intention at a time when the automotive world is evolving faster than ever.

Thoughtful, people first, and grounded in understanding the needs of others 💭

There is something about this time of year that makes you want to refresh everything 🤍✨

Spring is when I start thinking about all the things I want to make new again. Not just cleaning and organizing, but reimagining the spaces we live in. How they feel. How they function. And how they reflect the next season we’re stepping into 🌿

Eric and I are about to embark on a new kitchen renovation, so this mindset feels especially relevant right now. I’ve been inspired by the idea of designing with longevity in mind, choosing materials that are not only beautiful, but built to last. ’s porcelain is exactly that. Crafted in Italy with incredible precision, it brings together performance, durability, and a level of design that feels both elevated and effortless.

What I appreciate most is how versatile it is. From kitchen surfaces to larger architectural applications, it allows you to create spaces that feel considered and timeless, without compromising on practicality.
