If KSM had a Wrapped, this would be it.

Not “top artists” or “top songs,” but:
Hours spent in trainings, trying to get 1% better instead of 1% busier
Questions asked in meetings that pushed ideas further
Team outings that blurred the line between coworkers and friends
Core values that showed up in how we gave feedback, made decisions, and backed each other

This is our kind of data story: the quiet reps, the shared Google Docs, the group chat debriefs after a long day.

The metrics will always matter. This Wrapped is about the people and habits that make those metrics possible. See you next year.

This year’s Christmas ads aren’t selling gifts, they’re selling unresolved feelings.

Chevy turns a family Suburban into a “Holiday Card to America” and a three-minute living-room cry. Google Pixel reunites Love Actually to make camera specs feel like nostalgia, not tech. Uber’s first national holiday film is a father–daughter therapy session in the backseat. John Lewis leans on a 90s club classic and a father–son gift to say what words can’t.

Same playbook, four executions: nostalgia lowers defenses, messy family dynamics feel universal, and the product just bridges people instead of playing hero.

For creators, that’s the note: your holiday campaign doesn’t need more tinsel: it needs a truth your audience hasn’t said out loud yet.

Are we missing a Christmas ad that wrecked you emotionally? Tell us.

We’re not waiting for a New Year’s resolution to get better.

On Monday, our team is choosing one professional skill to deepen, and committing to it for the long run.

Some of us are leaning into leadership and systems thinking.
Others are sharpening marketing, sales, or strategic decision-making.

One focus. Consistent reps. Real growth.

Make 2026 intentional. Choose your skill. Commit to it.

From McDonald’s OOH proving simple still hits to Timothée Chalamet trolling his own movie rollout. These are the drops, stunts, and “please look at this” moments that hijacked the KSM groupchat.

Because staying tapped into culture isn’t a hobby here… it’s part of the work.

Embarrassment is an unexplored emotion.
Go make a fool out of yourself.

That line hit me hard. I’ve always avoided embarrassment. My team told me it’d hold me back. They were right.

Working at King Street Media forced a mindset shift: ship ideas before they’re perfect, laugh when they flop, learn fast, keep moving.
The secret? People who make it safe to try.

Cringe isn’t a red flag. It’s a rep.
If you’re never a little embarrassed, are you even pushing it?

The more chaotic the world feels, the more brands seem to look back to something familiar.

From warm, old-school style to 70s game show and “Homes of Hockey,” nostalgia is showing up everywhere.

It reminds people of a time that felt more real and less engineered.

When everything today moves fast, simple ideas feel fresh again.
