There is nothing StrategyCorp loves to do more than strategize, and yesterday we had the pleasure of doing just that, as a firm, at our annual Canada-wide offsite at the TIFF Lightbox in downtown Toronto.

The day provided an opportunity for our growing team to collaborate on how we navigate today’s most complex public affairs, reputation, and business challenges. By bringing together our three core disciplines: Government Relations, Strategic Communications, and Management Consulting, we worked on ensuring that every angle of our clients’ most high-stakes issues are met with a unified, expert-led approach.

2026 marks a pivotal year for our strategic vision, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have a team that balances deep expertise with a supportive, collaborative spirit.

Thank you everyone for attending yesterday, and our alumni who joined us for the evening social. See you next year.

The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada Confernece (PDAC) made one thing clear: Canada’s mining sector remains strong, but the rules around it are changing.

Critical minerals are now a national security issue. Power access is becoming a real constraint on project viability. Indigenous partnerships are central to ex*****on. And capital remains selective, even in a strong commodity environment.

Geology still matters, but policy, power, partnerships, and geopolitics are now shaping the sector’s future.
