One study found that two in five people who have periods struggle to afford period products at some point in their lives.

It’s an important reminder that period poverty still exists and more needs to be done to ensure everyone has consistent, affordable access to the menstrual care they need.

Now here's an interesting study!

Researchers point out that when it comes to , a lot of discussions concentrate on reproductive health — which is important, of course, but this narrow focus doesn't address concerns at different life stages.

Instead, they advocate for a "life-course approach." In other words, looking at women's health on a broader scale, and emphasizing preventive care and early interventions.
