Predatory behaviour in the dance industry is way more common than you know. Dancers deserve to feel safe and protected in all aspects of their careers. Inspired by recent post, we decided to make this more relevant to dancers around the world. ⁣⁣

A few days ago, announced that they are dropping the term urban from their company. Other music companies and labels have started to follow suit. But what about dance?⁣

We see it everywhere: Urban Choreography, Urban Dance, Urban Dance Competition. ⁣
