Social media offers a direct line of communication to customers – and many companies are forgoing traditional means of customer service in favour of digital. Followers and fans are beginning to expect quick and efficient responses from brands on social media.
✔️ Augmented reality and virtual reality will be on the rise! Social media will begin adapting both of these technologies to create a more engaging experience for users. Brands will be able to leverage this to provide a better shopping experience for followers – allowing them to virtually “try on products” before purchasing.
