Blue Door is excited to introduce Ashlee as our Social Media Manager!

With nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, Ashlee has worn many hats throughout her career including video editor, content creator, and digital media manager. After studying film in school, she developed a passion for storytelling and creative content — especially documentaries, which she could talk about for hours.

Originally from England, Ashlee brings a creative eye, strong attention to detail, and a love for all things content to the team.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her at pilates, spending time with her golden retriever Scottie, or searching for her next documentary obsession.

We’re so happy to have her on the Blue Door team!

🏈 Working on campaigns for clients like Ryde: Wellness Shots, including opportunities tied to major events like the recent Super Bowl trip to San Francisco
🏨 Traveling to hotels and client activations across North America
🚀 Leading strategy across digital, creative, and more.
💰 Earning up to a 10% annual performance bonus on top of salary

We’re thrilled to welcome Dan Dwoskin as our Project Manager of Design.

With 15+ years in advertising, Dan lives at the intersection of creativity and ex*****on, bringing clarity, care, and momentum to every project he touches. His approach blends strategic leadership with soulful storytelling, helping teams turn great ideas into meaningful output.

Beyond the agency world, Dan is the frontman of alt/indie band The Honeyrunners, where he’s built a grassroots music brand from the ground up (). His experience also spans leading global production teams on major film and television projects (Marvel, Universal, Lionsgate), and launching campaigns for brands like UNICEF, CIBC, and Nissan.

When he’s not building creative systems or making music, you’ll find him in the kitchen, exploring new corners of the world, or drawing dragon comics with his 8-year-old daughter.

Blue Door’s PR team spent the day blending creativity with a little indulgence.

The outing started with a tufting session at where everyone picked beautiful designs and, after two hours of creativity, ended up with rugs that looked stunning.

The fun continued with a quick stop for some delicious sushi, because you can never go wrong with great food.

An evening full of creativity, teamwork, and great vibes!

We’re excited to welcome Chris Hastings, our Senior Digital Account Manager. 🎉

Chris brings over 12 years of in-house marketing experience, along with a unique mix of creativity, storytelling, and leadership.

From hosting a YouTube channel with 200+ episodes dedicated to phys ed activities for teachers, to playing bass in a pop-rock band, Chris has always found ways to connect with audiences and bring energy to everything he does.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him coaching his two kids in baseball, ringette, and hockey, cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays, experimenting as an overly ambitious home cook, or getting active and playing baseball on summer weekends.

We’re thrilled to have Chris join the Blue Door team and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make.
