After working from home for months, what are you doing to maintain a good work/life balance? ⚖️

I’ve been making time for an early morning hike and scheduling actual breaks, even it’s only a few minutes to sit on the front porch. In the thick of things, I was working all the time and although my clients appreciate it (“Wow! You’re always working!”) when I immediately respond to their emails/requests, it was wearing on me and I needed a reset. That’s when the daily hikes got reintroduced. It’s working so far! Not only am I getting what I need, I am also able to produce better results for my clients. It’s funny how that works, isn’t it?!
