Certo Creative is a boutique studio with big impact. We share a love for design and people which drives everything we do. Our approach is responsive, thoughtful and detail-oriented. Our work spans branding, communications and advertising, in both print and digital mediums.
A Project Manager is a strong leader for team members, and a responsive and attentive communicator to our stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate with sound judgment, autonomous problem-solving skills, clear and effective communication, and the desire to overcome challenges. A keen attention to detail and an emphasis on quality assurance is imperative.

Project Planning – 20%
• Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project
• Monitor the project lifecycle to ensure the final deliverable is up to standard, on time and within budget
• Understand statement of work and communicate changes in scope
• Source and manage third-party vendors
Project Management– 30%
• Prepare and deliver weekly status meetings
• Maintain day-to-day contact with clients
• Liaise with clients for assets, feedback and approvals
• Work closely with internal and external team, keeping team members and partners up-to-date on status of projects
• Ensure team is on track with deliverables to meet deadlines
• Lead and maintain quality control procedures for projects and ensure corrections are made
• Review and evaluate all project deliverables to ensure requirements are met and brand-compliancy upheld
Administration – 20%
• Manage job folders, file maintenance, workback schedules, and all project-related documentation
• Support client meetings by organizing presentation materials, taking notes and communicating next steps
• Support team members with administrative, project-related and business development tasks
Client and Vendor Relationship Management – 20%
• Follow up with clients to ensure tasks have been completed to their satisfaction
• Follow up with vendor partners to ensure that work is being done on time and to the quality expected
• Work with regulatory agencies and ensure submissions follow protocol
Financial Management – 10%
• Budget and scope projects with assistance from supervisor
• Prepare estimates and handle POs
• Monitor projects to ensure budgeted hours are not exceeded and associated project costs remain within budget
• Invoice promptly upon project completion
Soft Skill Requirements
• Exhibit tact and diplomacy when dealing with clients, team members and external partners
• Consistent demonstration of attention, decisiveness and problem-solving
• Ability to handle job-related stress, particularly with respect to deadlines and client management
• Work with little supervision to manage time and priorities
• Excellent oral, written and client-facing presentation skills
• Eye for quality and completeness with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
• A genuine interest in the success of our clients and the growth of our agency
• Ability to add to a positive, proactive company focus
Qualifications
• 2–5 years industry experience
• Proficiency in MAC OS, Microsoft and Google apps
• Technically savvy and eager to learn new digital tools and skills
