But honestly?

The best working relationships are built on communication ā€” not guessing, stressing or hoping for the best-ing.

You can ask questions.
Youā€™re allowed to need clarification.
Youā€™re allowed to say when we're not on the same page.

A good virtual assistant doesnā€™t expect perfection from you, but flexibility and an open conversation pathway.

We know youā€™re juggling a million things behind the scenes already.

That's why our job exists! šŸ¤—

And the truth isā€¦ clear communication actually makes things *better* for both of us.

Not more awkward.

Since the ā€˜inā€™ of AI, Iā€™ve stepped away from the term Virtual Assistant.

Too many new ai bots are associated with that now, and Iā€™m not AI and Iā€™m definitely not a bot.

Iā€™m a real living human being.

And I live to support the creatives.

So Iā€™ve changed my title to reflect that, I partner with you to give you time and systems to support your business needs.

Iā€™m all about cozy and soft growth; work without burnout.

With some fresh goals and renewed energy to connect with all of you wonderful people, I am excited to refine my services to be able to support creative business owners better.
This reset is allowing me more space to simplify the systems behind the screen and setting that example for other small business owners to do the same' to slow down and be intentional about your time.
Also keeping health a top priority so that you can have the capacity to do what you love creating or serving others with your business is so important! šŸ’œ

September was a whirlwind in so many ways, and I was so grateful for all of the new connections and clients that I had the opportunity of working with and meeting.

This month is going to be more of the same, I am excited to see where October takes me and how I get to support more designers and creative businesses!
