This is the first ever Brand & Social planner. I created it as a 2 part system using the IP I use at my agency .ca that does strategy + creative for leading brands.

Part 1 is developing your strategy for your brand + your content pillars (for your business as well as for your personal brand).

Part 2 is your 12 month planner for maintaining your strategy so that you see growth and conversions because building a strategy takes time to see success in market.

My goal is to give you all that I give to the brands that we work on because my dream is to not work on big brands alone but to build the next set of Nike’s. I need you to get there so we can work together, figuring out this stuff is how.

paid 2.3 billion dollars for in 2004, eight years after launch, and Grey Goose did not own a single distillery. Bacardi was not buying supply chain or recipe IP, they were buying a frosted bottle, a French origin story, and a perception that Sidney Frank constructed from nothing in less than a decade.

In blind taste tests, ranked eighth out of twelve. In perceived quality, it ranked first. That gap is what built an 80 percent profit margin against a 30 percent industry average, and that gap is the argument for investing in brand instead of treating it as whatever budget is left at the end of the quarter.

The strongest brands do not win on production, they win on perception.
