Crema di caffè might be the easiest coffee dessert you’ll make all summer.

It’s creamy, fluffy, refreshing, and tastes like iced coffee, whipped cream, and soft serve had a baby, but with caffeine.

Recipe:
3 oz / 90 g cold whipping cream
1 tsp / 7.5 ml vanilla syrup
Double shot of espresso
Cacao powder on top

Add everything to a jar, shake until fluffy and thick, then chill for 30 minutes. Finish with cacao powder and enjoy.

Dangerously simple, dangerously delicious.

Have you tried crema di caffè before?

Why Your Coffee Tastes Bitter?!

Most people blame the beans, but bitterness usually starts with the brew.

A small change in grind size, brew time, water temp, or roast level can completely change your cup.

Coffee shouldn’t taste harsh, burnt, or dry. It should taste balanced, sweet, and smooth.

The best part?
You usually don’t need better gear. You just need a few small adjustments. ☕️

Which one causes the most bitterness in your coffee?

A Nostalgic Recipe: Terry’s Chocolate Orange flat white.

This nostalgic recipe is creamy, smooth, and still full of espresso flavor. The trick is using a flat white ratio, then steaming the milk a little less foamy than a latte so it stays silky and balanced.

Recipe:
1 tsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp sweetener
10 to 15 ml hot water
Double shot of espresso
5 to 6 drops orange extract
4 oz / 120 ml milk

Mix the cacao, sweetener, and hot water into a quick chocolate sauce. Pull your espresso over it, add orange extract to your milk, then steam it a little less foamy than a latte.

What nostalgic flavor should I make next?

Terry’s Chocolate Orange, but make it a flat white. 🍊🍫

This one is creamy, cozy, and still full of espresso flavor. The trick is keeping the milk silky, not too foamy, so the chocolate and orange stay smooth without taking over the coffee.

Recipe:
1 tsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp sweetener
10 to 15 ml hot water
Double shot of espresso
5 to 6 drops orange extract
4 oz / 120 ml milk

Mix cacao, sweetener, and hot water into a quick chocolate sauce. Pull your espresso over it, add orange extract to your milk, then steam it a little less foamy than a latte.

What nostalgic flavor should I make next?

Can a cute little portable grinder actually perform like a home grinder?

The Codale portable grinder surprised me. It’s compact, beautifully designed, and the ION stand helps reduce static, which makes the whole workflow much cleaner. But the real test was espresso, and honestly, it handled it way better than I expected.

Could it replace every home grinder? Maybe not.

Can it perform like one? Absolutely.

What do you think?
