On May 19th, 2026, Saber Fermand, Chairman & Vice-President, was delighted to represent CABC alongside fellow board members at the Grand Eid Bazaar in Ajax, Ontario.

CABC was proud to witness the success of the bazaar organized by Kakars Companies. Events like these play an important role in uplifting and empowering small businesses within our community by providing local entrepreneurs and vendors with a platform to showcase their products, connect with customers, and grow their businesses.

We also recognize and appreciate the efforts of the organizers, Mr. Allahmohammad Kakar and Mr. Jawad Kakar, whose dedication and hard work contributed greatly to the success of this initiative. Creating spaces that encourage community engagement while supporting small businesses is both valuable and impactful, and we look forward to seeing more initiatives like this in the future!⭐️

On May 9th, 2026, CABC proudly hosted its first Women’s Only Networking Luncheon 2026, a powerful and inspiring gathering that brought together ambitious, talented, and driven women from across the community. This luncheon created a welcoming space for professional growth, mentorship, and connection, while celebrating the achievements and leadership of women in various industries.

We were also honoured to welcome MPP Andrea Hazell, who delivered an empowering and inspiring speech that resonated deeply with attendees and encouraged women to continue striving for leadership, growth, and positive change within their communities. A special thank you as well to our incredible panelists and moderator for sharing their experiences, insights, and valuable advice during such an engaging and inspiring discussion.

دوستان عزیز،

گاهی این سوال مطرح می‌شود که آیا اشتراک در مجالس بزنسی و شبکه‌سازی واقعاً برای رشد تجارت مفید است، یا اینکه این محافل به‌تدریج به گردهمایی‌های صرفاً دوستانه تبدیل می‌شوند؟

واقعیت این است که در بسیاری از جوامع، به‌ویژه در غرب، شبکه‌سازی (Networking) یکی از مهم‌ترین ابزارهای رشد بیزنس محسوب می‌شود. نهادهایی مانند اطاق‌های تجارت، اتحادیه‌های بزنسی و سازمان‌های توسعه اقتصادی، به‌صورت منظم چنین برنامه‌هایی را برگزار می‌کنند و متشبثین از آن استفاده مؤثر می‌نمایند.

در جامعه ما، این فرهنگ در حال شکل‌گیری است. خوشبختانه امروز شاهد آن هستیم که بسیاری از تاجران و متشبثین از این برنامه‌ها نتایج ملموس می‌گیرند — از پیدا کردن شریک تجارتی گرفته تا مشتری، تأمین‌کننده و حتی فرصت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری. در برخی موارد، افراد در یک مجلس توانسته‌اند با ۵ تا حتی ۱۰ ارتباط جدید و مفید آشنا شوند که مستقیماً بر رشد کارشان تأثیر گذاشته است.

اما استفاده مؤثر از این مجالس نیازمند رویکرد درست است:

۱. تمرکز بر ارتباطات جدید
هدف اصلی این برنامه‌ها، گسترش دایره ارتباطات است. سعی کنید بیشتر وقت خود را با افرادی بگذرانید که قبلاً نمی‌شناختید، نه صرفاً دوستان نزدیک.

۲. تعیین هدف مشخص قبل از حضور
پیش از اشتراک، هدف خود را واضح کنید. آیا به دنبال شریک هستید؟ مشتری جدید؟ خدمات مالی مانند بیمه یا قرضه؟ داشتن هدف، جهت صحبت‌ها و ارتباطات شما را مشخص می‌سازد.

۳. تعیین حداقل تعاملات جدید
برای خود یک معیار تعیین کنید. به‌عنوان مثال، در هر برنامه حداقل با ۵ تا ۱۰ فرد جدید آشنا شوید و ارتباط اولیه برقرار کنید.

۴. ارائه کوتاه و مؤثر از خود (Elevator Pitch)
بتوانید در ۳۰ تا ۶۰ ثانیه خود و بیزنس‌تان را به‌صورت واضح، حرفه‌ای و جذاب معرفی کنید.

۵. پیگیری بعد از مجلس (Follow-Up)
ارتباطات واقعی بعد از برنامه ساخته می‌شود. حتماً با افرادی که آشنا شدید، در روزهای بعد تماس یا پیام بگیرید و رابطه را تقویت کنید.

در نهایت، شبکه‌سازی یک مهارت است — هرچه بیشتر تمرین شود، نتایج بهتری به همراه دارد. اگر این مجالس به‌صورت هدفمند و حرفه‌ای استفاده شوند، می‌توانند یکی از قوی‌ترین طریقه پیشرفت در تجارت باشد.
