I was so thrilled to work on this wonderful book which is now for sale on Blurb and soon to be available on Amazon.
Judite also happens to be married to Ed Holder, the Mayor of London, Ontario, who sent me this very kind review of my work. Obviously, I shall shameless name drop now…!
This is Judite’s Story…
ABOUT THE BOOK
Judite Holder spent her childhood in Mozambique and Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and as an adult emigrated to Canada. She has raised two children, two husbands and four businesses; has lived in abject poverty in war-torn countries; and endured tremendous loss. In December 1996, Judite walked away from her African Art Gallery in Stratford, Ontario after losing her 14 -year old son, Bruno, in a horrific car accident.
Years later Judite heard about a pilgrimage - a walk called the Camino - which is described as a transformational experience. This journey follows the same trails where hundreds of thousands of individuals have travelled for more than 1,000 years, in search of personal meaning, purpose and healing. On May 28, 2012, the day that would have been Bruno’s 30th birthday, she set out on her own path of discovery.
