After two long years of development (and re-development, and re-re-development), I am excited to finally announce Flockspot! Since Angela and I launched House Creative several years ago, it's been on our hearts to serve churches in the digital world. While this approach has changed over the years in ways, our passion for the Church hasn't wavered, and Flockspot is the next phase of what we hope to offer church leaders.

What is Flockspot? It's a digital platform for churches who want/need a website that is custom suited for their needs. While there are already church building tools out there, we found that there was a need for churches (and organizations) that desired something somewhat more custom-developed and hands-on for their particular church (without paying thousands of dollars for a freelancer or agency).

With Flockspot, our goal is to provide churches with custom-made websites that they can edit and manage themselves, while also providing hands-on and consistent support without needing to jump through a million hoops and not get a real human being on the other end of the customer support system. If you need help, real people (i.e me for now) will be there live to support you through our own custom built support chat.

There's a lot more work to be done, of course, because over the next while I hope to add more features, changes, and updates that will continue to make it a powerful, easy to use system for churches!

Christ The Healer Gospel Church is a non-denominational church located in the core of Saskatoon. Currently run out of an old Jewish Synagogue, they are not to be underestimated. They have grown immensely over the last couple years, and have made great impact in Saskatoon and have people from all sorts of backgrounds and pasts working together to serve.

We are grateful for the opportunity to build a new website that can grow with them and serve their rapidly evolving ministry. Along with the base website, we also built an online giving system completely custom through Stripe rather than using other third party tools.

The Saskatchewan District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada serves 58 churches and ministries throughout the province in many shapes and sizes. Covering land nearly twice the size of the entire nation of Germany, they dedicate resources, support, and encouragement for their member churches in places as remote as Southend (don't let the name trick you, it's at the same latitude as Alaska's Aleutian Islands) to the city of Saskatoon.

We were honoured to be given the opportunity to build a new website for the PAOC-SK that provides a refined "Church Finder" system, a cleaner UI, more organization for its events, news, and updates, and additional support going forward.

We're excited to partner with the PAOC SK for the coming years as they continue to support church leaders throughout the magnificent province of Saskatchewan!

Well we did it! We recorded our first YouTube video/podcast episode.

This has been a long time coming. We’ve been planning on doing this for over two years but always had a million excuses as to why we didn’t just do it.

We’re not professionals at it, and it’s not the prettiest (yet) but we hope that you’ll support us on this journey and give it a listen when it’s posted. Stay tuned for updates!
