“Influencers” doing a cold plunge be like…
We took team videos/photos for a community cold plunge challenge we’re hosting in .
What I learned:
1. I’m never doing a cold plunge without the .app again!! 🙏🏼
2. If you want to be 1000% present- do a cold plunge! 🫶🏼
3. I can do hard things. More do, less think. I was in the water for about 10 minutes (the longest that I had done before that was 4-5mins). 💪🏼
4. Cold plunges have seemed to become more of a fad. I do it for my mental health and to re-wire my brain and neuropathways. The other benefits are a bonus! 🧠
5. Bring dive shoes- my feet were so cold and it hurt to walk.
