This tone of green has a cool undertone and more flattering for those with a cool or neutral cool palette, however evening your palette is not bright there are lots of soft green options out there!
You can always balance it out with a neutral tone close to your face - like a off-white top or even light grey.

Elle Fanning and Lily Colins showed the importance of contrast levels during the Golden Globes this year.

Just to have an idea, the contrast analysis should be the first thing to be done by make up artists and hair stylists, for example.

The contrast is the difference in colour depth (light vs dark) between eyes, hair and skin.

I removed the saturation of their photos to better visualize their contrast levels and they were perfectly right to repeat it in their clothes and accessories. They looked harmonious and elegant.

What to wear in a job interview?

My answer can vary based on the job you are pursuing, what they expect of you etc but to make it super simple and play it safe: wear blue.

Blue is the most likeable colour in the world (many researches in different countries proved that). Some studies show that our brain associates the colour blue to neutral-to-positive elements like the sky on a sunny day or the ocean.

And in a job interview, you want people to feel kinda like that right? Also the attention will be mainly towards what you say than what you wear, so being neutral is a positive thing in these situations.

But, like any colour, it does not play alone, and elements of design, shapes and forms communicate a message too.

I got these gorgeous photos of Anne Hathaway to talk about silver, gold and rose clothes or accessories.

If you have a neutral cool or cool undertone, SILVER will look better and harmonize with your beauty.

If you have a neutral warm or warm undertone, GOLD will look fantastic with your beauty. It will kinda melt in your complexion and look more natural.

What about rose? Some people say it is neutral and everyone can wear it but I would say it is more warm than cool.

For years I have written down my annual goals in a paper or in a spreadsheet. I like to actually measure them, to see if they are really doable.

In 2020 we learned we don’t always control things and may even had put some plans on hold...and this is why specially for 2021, I find it important to sit and write down plans and goals. It is a mindset that things will be different and create something to look forward to.

One thing that works for me is to start by small things and choose ONE big one to put into writing. And always, always add what actions I need to take to make them happen and when. The combo: what, how and when.

And pay attention to your thoughts, sometimes we bring ourselves down and we don’t even notice it. Try to identify some beliefs that are limiting you, such as “I am too old for this” or “I don’t have the time” or “what people will think of me” etc. None of them are worth it.

Enjoy 2021 and I hope you achieve all of your goals!
