This month, try this focus formula:
1️⃣ One offer – Pick a single, clear offer to push (e.g. ‘Free roof inspection’, ‘First pest control visit 50% off’, ‘Free 15-min consult’).
2️⃣ One audience – Aim it at one specific group (e.g. homeowners in [city], parents of teens, business owners with 5–20 staff).
3️⃣ One main channel – Choose one place to push it hard (Facebook ads, Google ads, email list, or your Google profile + follow-up).

For 30 days, talk about that one offer everywhere: your ads, posts, emails, phone script.

When your message is that focused, a few things happen:
✅ People finally remember what you do and how to start
✅ Your ads get easier (you’re not reinventing the wheel every week)
✅ You can actually tell what’s working and what’s not

2️⃣ Is there one obvious next step (button, form, call)?
3️⃣ Is there any proof we’re legit (review, years in business, results)?

Answer ‘no’ to any of these? Start there—not with new colors or fonts.
