• Referrals
• Email marketing
• Strategic partnerships
• Organic search

No one needs more marketing channels. Just focus on the ones that actually work

Take a close look at what happens between choosing a therapist and booking an appointment.

Many clinics assume they have a visibility problem.

Often, they have a conversion problem.

A prospective client has already decided they need help.

They've already chosen your clinic.

Then they're asked to submit a form, wait for a response, schedule a consultation, and then book.

Every additional step creates another opportunity to bounce off your website.

In the Vancouver therapy clinics I reviewed, 40% introduced additional steps between therapist selection and appointment booking.

The issue wasn't reputation, clinical quality or their website.

They just weren't making it ridiculous easy for a motivated person to become a patient.

Honestly, the easiest clinic to book is often the clinic that gets booked.

But in cities like Vancouver, potential clients are searching on Google first.

If your practice isn’t showing up consistently, it’s usually a local search infrastructure problem not a reputation problem.

Most wellness businesses spend way more time on Instagram than their Google Business Profile.

But patients don’t search Instagram when they need a therapist, chiropractor, naturopath, or clinic nearby.

They search Google.

And in competitive cities, the practices showing up in the map results almost always win the appointment.

Or depending entirely on social media algorithms to keep patient flow stable.

Established practices eventually need infrastructure:

Google Maps visibility
local authority
practitioner search architecture
reputation systems that compound over time

in dense urban markets, client acquisition is never accidental.
