Our team gained incredible experience and many valuable insights while working on such a large-scale event.

I’m sincerely grateful to everyone who organizes and contributes to creating spaces where the community can grow and evolve.

The Blinova team is always ready to support your content strategy — or create one tailored specifically for your brand.

Jane, thank you for a dose of motivation and inspiration for the whole week ahead!🤍

Girls, I’m waiting for you in the comments — let’s discuss:
What feels the hardest for you right now?

Do you feel like you have enough support to show up and put yourself out there?
And what are you taking away from today’s interview for yourself?

04/25/2026

Our approach starts where most social media strategies don’t with the business itself.

We work closely with brands to define clear goals,
and build a social media system that supports them through strategy, content, and ex*****on.

This is not about posting more.
It’s about building a structure that drives real, measurable growth.

If you’re looking to approach social media as part of your business not a separate function,
you can apply to work with us via the link in bio.

Because when one woman speaks up —
others start to believe they can too.

Episode 07 — Maria Augusta Wozniak
We spoke about her collection —
and the quiet power of being supported by other women.

Thank you, Maria, for sharing your perspective and your time.
It means a lot.

Instagram doesn’t exist on its own.

It’s not a separate world,
and it’s definitely not a strategy by itself.

What I’ve learned (and keep seeing over and over again):
a strong brand is felt across every touchpoint.

In the space.
In the service.
In the tone of communication.
And yes - in what you show on Instagram.

But here’s the part most people skip -
Instagram is not a magic sales button.

Before it can actually bring you clients,
there needs to be a foundation:
clear positioning, a defined audience,
and an understanding of your customer journey.

Because Instagram doesn’t create the system.
It amplifies what’s already there.

And when there’s no system?
It becomes decoration.

So the real question isn’t
“what should I post?”

It’s:
where does Instagram sit in your customer journey -
and what should your audience feel when they land there?

Episode 05 — Stacie Laskin

Women who speak up

Because when one woman speaks up —

Episode 06 — Stacie Laskin

Stacie Laskin is an entrepreneur, author, and transformation coach
who embodies the journey of becoming.

In her talk, she shared a powerful shift:
from strength defined by control —
to strength rooted in presence.

Once known as the “Queen of Steel,”
she lived in a world of structure, performance, and expectations.

But beneath it all was a deeper question:
what are you conforming to out of fear?

Her story is a reminder that transformation
is not about becoming someone new —
but about returning to who you truly are.

From pressure to poetry.
From control to presence.

Thank you, Stacie, for showing
that real power lives in authenticity 🤍

Most brands are still trying to push harder.

But the audience isn’t resisting,
they’re overwhelmed.

If your content doesn’t perform,
don’t fix the post.

Fix the system.

If I stepped into your business as a strategist in 2026,
this is the first thing I would adjust.

Episode 04 — Elaine Zhang

Elaine Zhang is a registered dietitian and YouTuber
who brings honesty into the way we talk about food.

In her talk, she asked a question many of us avoid:
are you eating with guilt or with intention?

So often, food becomes emotional -
tied to shame, control, or pressure.

But what if the conversation isn’t about discipline
but about alignment with your values?

Her perspective shifts the focus from restriction to awareness,
from judgment to understanding.

Because the way we eat is rarely about food,
it’s about how we relate to ourselves.

Thank you, Elaine, for opening a more honest
and compassionate conversation around nourishment 🤍
