How might we inspire trust by elevating the user interface and user experience to compete with leading luxury hospitality brands?

I found that simpler, cleaner designs led to more efficient booking processes, as they focused on action without unnecessary distractions. This what we did for the re-design of Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier website.💜 coming soon 2026

UI/UX Design for Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier!💜

At a time of expansion for Pinnacle Hotels, with three LeMéridien properties joining the portfolio, there was a need to elevate the user experience and user interface to better align with customers expectations and position the brand as a leader in luxury hospitality.

I worked alongside the marketing manager and the coding team to improve the user experience by designing a user interface that keeps the user in the site, with an intuitive process for every action.

Firu is a dog finder app designed to connect people with nearby shelters and make it easier for dogs and families to find their right match. 🐾

I wanted to focus my project on solving a real problem: mismatches caused by overcrowded shelters and the overwhelming process adopters face when searching for the right dog. To address this, I came up with a pre-screening process before booking a meet and greet within the app, giving shelters access to this information from the beginning and making the process smoother adopters by keeping everything in one place.

This project reminded me how design can be a tool for creating meaningful change and one day I hope to bring Firu to life.

💙 Branding Design for Next-One

The new identity focuses on a fresh, modern aesthetic, anchored by an updated brandmark inspired by a forward icon. The redesign features two arrows pointing to the right, symbolizing progress and action, integrated seamlessly with a combination of rounded and geometric sans serif font. The letter “X” was customized to form one of the arrows, which ultimately maintains the overall meaning within the logo throghout multiple logo variations.

Branding & UI/UX Design for Next-One🏡💙

After over 12 years with their old branding, the company sought a new website and branding to better reflect their vision.

Next-One is an innovative property management company based in Medellín, Colombia, dedicated to redefining the industry by providing an user-friendly digital experience that streamlines everyday tasks and payments for building management, fostering trust and offering peace of mind. They do so by focusing on the brand statement ‘One step forward on property management’.

Life Studio is a private fitness centre in North Vancouver. I worked closely with Mariana to understand the business and strategize a seamless user experience and website design made in Figma and Squarespace that converts potential clients into loyal ones.
