We had the great honour this week of coordinating an exclusive media preview ahead of Ballet Vancouver’s season debut performance, “Balanchine’s Apollo & Other Works,” opening tonight at Vancouver Playhouse.🩰

Excerpts from George Balanchine’s iconic “Apollo” and Jorma Elo’s electrifying “Slice to Sharp”offered a glimpse of the artistry to come, featuring Heather Ogden of The National Ballet of Canada alongside the artists of Ballet Vancouver.

Tonight is sold out — but there’s still a chance to experience this striking triple bill tomorrow, Sep 12! ✨

🗞 IN THE NEWS! 🗞 Hard to believe it's been roughly one week since our client Vancouver Cultural Precinct made its bold announcement — unveiling its vision for a state-of-the-art performing arts district in downtown Vancouver, and the most significant cultural investment in the city's history.

Shaped by 32 of Vancouver's leading performing arts organizations, this landmark precinct aims to close a critical gap in purpose-built, acoustically designed performance space, creating a new home for artistic excellence and strengthening Vancouver’s place among the world’s great cultural centres.

MPMG is grateful to play a part in sharing this transformative vision and supporting the cultural leaders working to shape the future of live performance in Vancouver! Swipe through for a look at some of the media coverage we secured in support of this groundbreaking announcement, including Global News, Vancouver Sun + The Province, CBC: The Early Edition, The Georgia Straight, Daily Hive, BCBusiness, La Scena Musicale magazine, Stir Vancouver, Ludwig van Toronto .
