Apps of the Day: DIGITAL WELL-BEING
Integrate these apps into your busy routine for both relaxation and skill development to enhance mental well-being and personal growth. My all-time favourite apps are:
▶ Insight Timer (): free app for meditation, breathwork, sleep, live workshops, and more.
▶ How We Feel (): free journal app for emotional well-being check-ins along with helpful tools and strategies to deal with unpleasant emotions.
▶ Oak: free app for simple, quick access to meditation, breathwork and sleep tools.
▶ Kinder World (): if you're a gamer like myself, you'll love this free emotional well-being game that encourages self-care and healthy habits like gratitude and kindness.
▶ Down Dog (): free customizable app for working out (yoga, barre, HIIT, running) and meditating. During my pregnancy, I found this app particularly helpful, as they also offer a Prenatal Yoga app for gentler practices while carrying your little one. 🤰🏻

Tips of the Day: DIGITAL WELL-BEING
Living a life entirely devoid of technology may not align with our fast-paced, modern lifestyles. However, to mitigate the adverse impacts of excessive screen time and digital content overload, it is essential to embrace a mindful and balanced approach. Here are my strategies:
👉🏻 Take regular screen breaks during work. Remember to stretch and move around to avoid stiffness and improve circulation. Stand up, walk around, and do some gentle stretches to keep your body feeling good throughout the day.
👉🏻 Minimize or limit unproductive apps. Consider removing apps that do not serve a specific purpose or provide any value to your daily routine. By decluttering your device and focusing on only essential applications, you can increase productivity and efficiency in your digital life.
👉🏻 Practice proper tech etiquette. Be more engaged during in-person interactions by consciously avoiding the use of your devices.
👉🏻 Be selective of your online followings. Unsubscribe from accounts that do not enrich your life or add value in any way. Follow accounts that provide useful insights to help with your personal and professional development.
👉🏻 Enjoy tech-free activities. I love playing my guitar while singing, practising yoga, and forest bathing. I also suggest calligraphy, solving puzzles, trying a sport or creative hobby, and volunteering.

I hope these tips help you achieve better balance and stay centred during your busy day!

Tips of the Day: PHYSICAL WELLNESS
Physical self-care is essential for handling work stress and improving performance. Busy professionals who maintain a regular exercise routine, follow a balanced diet, stay hydrated, and get enough sleep have more endurance for demanding work. The strategies I implement in my own lifestyle are:
• 30-minute brisk walking or yoga;
• Drinking plenty of water, sufficient for my body weight;
• Consuming high-protein, low-calorie-density foods;
• Aiming to get 7–8 hours of sleep; and
• Establishing consistent bedtime and waking routines.

I'm grateful to my coaches and therapists for helping me develop these habits and holding me accountable. I'm dedicated to my work so they can focus on helping busy individuals, families, parentpreneurs, and everyone else who needs their support! Likewise, I'm incredibly fortunate to be in a position where I provide them with design and tech solutions personalized to their business need so they can expand their impact and reach.
