What a week at the Greater Purpose Conference! ⚡️

The Yulu team – Melissa and Tessa – just had the opportunity to spend two days at the Greater Purpose Conference. From systems-change strategy to heart-centered leadership, the vibes were high and the insights were deeper.

A major highlight: Tessa Danelesko and Katłıà Lafferty shared the stage to talk about community-led impact programming. They revealed the ‘how’ behind the Audible Indigenous Writers’ Circle, sharing why co-creation is the only way to build impact that lasts.

True brand awareness requires a fully integrated ecosystem. 🌿

To help Traditional Medicinals solidify its position as a top 3 bagged tea brand in Canada, we knew we had to go beyond traditional product pitching. We orchestrated a multi-layered campaign that engaged every level of the community, from national headlines to living rooms:

- The Media Ecosystem: Through proactive, seasonal storytelling, we secured coverage across top-tier Canadian outlets, generating a potential reach of nearly 25 million readers and viewers.
- The Influencer Ecosystem: We bypassed transactional posts and instead seeded products to dozens of targeted wellness, outdoor, and motherhood creators. Through authentic "surprise-and-delight" mailers, they naturally integrated the teas into their daily ritual content.
- The Community Ecosystem: We partnered with a nationwide network of Doula organizations to distribute targeted teas directly to the doulas and parents who needed them most.

A huge thank you to the incredible journalists, creators, and community advocates who helped bring this campaign to life. When PR, influencer seeding, and experiential partnerships work together, the result is authentic, lasting advocacy.

The era of neutral branding is dead. It’s time to start shouting again. 🗣️⚡️

Our Founder & Chief Impact Strategist, Melissa Orozco, just returned from the B Corp Champions Retreat in Milwaukee with a clear wake-up call for our community.

3 Radical Takeaways from :

- Reclaim the Fighting Spirit: We aren’t here for short-lived PR. We are here to protect the house we built and hold business accountable to the highest standards.
- End Neutral Branding: A quiet majority needs a stronger signal. The louder we shout our values, the more we empower others to do the same.
- Move Your Money: Impact isn't just about what you say; it’s about where your capital "sleeps" at night. Yulu is officially moving our US banking to Beneficial State Bank.
