To help Traditional Medicinals solidify its position as a top 3 bagged tea brand in Canada, we knew we had to go beyond traditional product pitching. We orchestrated a multi-layered campaign that engaged every level of the community, from national headlines to living rooms:
- The Media Ecosystem: Through proactive, seasonal storytelling, we secured coverage across top-tier Canadian outlets, generating a potential reach of nearly 25 million readers and viewers.
- The Influencer Ecosystem: We bypassed transactional posts and instead seeded products to dozens of targeted wellness, outdoor, and motherhood creators. Through authentic "surprise-and-delight" mailers, they naturally integrated the teas into their daily ritual content.
- The Community Ecosystem: We partnered with a nationwide network of Doula organizations to distribute targeted teas directly to the doulas and parents who needed them most.
