In my own business, I have procrastinated putting my name and face in front of my business for a LONG time. Always waiting for the perfectly curated 𝚟𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚘📼 with just the right intro music or a photo with just the right 𝕝𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘💡. I avoided posting even 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗡𝗘☝🏻 because my black dress didn't match the airy photos beside it. ⁣

It's never going to be perfect, instead strive for a more 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤🌿 approach to your work and your business. Strive for 𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆🏃🏻‍♀️ the needle while still making 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒🔨.⁣

If you've failed the first few times you're running average.⁠

What makes mastery is continuing to improve your craft no matter how you're feeling, to produce something of value to yourself & others.⁠

Keep producing, even if you fail at first, eventually you'll hit a breakthrough where your brain will tell yourself you don't want to produce average anymore. Even if that means revision after revision until you're satisfied. ⁠

In my own life, it took me over 6 months to decide on colors for my website that felt right. Being picky makes life more difficult but it leads to being precise in what seems right to you.⁠

This is why you need to keep pushing, keep going, keep producing when you don't feel up to it because one day all of that time will create something great that you will appreciate.
