It can be difficult to comprehend the scale of disasters such as the fires currently raging in Los Angeles by just reading about acres and square miles. To help convey its size, our team utilized current GIS data from Cal Fire to transpose the current state of the Palisades fire on to a number of Canadian cities.

We've been working with Beachcomber Hot Tubs to scan and digitize versions of their existing hot tub lines for inclusion in their website and a future Augment Reality viewer and product configurator.

Products like hot tubs are very organic in their design; a process more suited to sculpture than CAD. This often means digitizing needs to be done after the fact.

Detailed metrology grade scanning and the retopology process to touch up the scans is something that Intergalactic can provide as part of our expertise in providing AR, CG and web solutions.
