As the founder and principal of Katharine Manson Communications, Katharine has over 10 years experience in media relations, marketing and graphic design, plus 20 years experience in the service and hospitality industry. Prior to opening her own firm in 2012, Katharine handled in-house public relations for award-winning restaurants Campagnolo and Campagnolo ROMA. She has held the position of Genera

l Manager at Fuel Restaurant (later rebranded as Refuel), Aurora Bistro and Zin Restaurant & Lounge. She was the Director of Media Relations for Kimpton Hotels' Canadian properties, The Pacific Palisades Hotel in Vancouver and the Summit Lodge & Spa in Whistler. With a three year diploma in Graphic Design, Katharine has a keen understanding of a variety of communication strategies. She is able to capture the essence of a brand and share it using a thoughtful approach.
